Unionville Festival: A Great Time in Spite of the Rain!

What a great weekend it was at the Unionville Festival in spite of the rain we had a large crowd on hand and everyone stayed till the end. 

Brian Master from 88.5 FM The Jewel was there and introduced me and drove me onto the stage in a beautiful 2010 Mustang from our friend Craig Riley at Markville Ford right here in Unionville.

Not only was the Friday night concert lots of fun but Saturday and Sunday on the street were great too. The Jewel was there as was Markville Ford and the fabulous Mustang.

We also sold a fair number of CDs after the show in spite of the rain and we sent half the money from those CD sales to the Markham Stouffville Hospital.  Thanks to everyone for coming out in the rain.

Our family just love the festival. It is our favorite day of the year here in Unionville. Plenty going on for everyone to enjoy and the sun usually shines too.
It was great to see all the parents from school out too. Go John XXIII.
